I have an LG flip phone from a local Walmart that is several years old. I’m unable to use your on-line contact to determine which phone up-grade offer would suit my needs. 207-431-5841 Please advise.

I did the upgrade with TracFone and was sent a non working iPhone for $99.99 plus tax of $6.50. I was told to send it back to TracFone for a refund and to order another one. But now they want to charge me an additional $72 to get the same phone, claiming the first one was a one-time offer that they can not do a second time, even though it was not my fault.

Approx. 2 week ago I bought a “New Samsung 4 LTE” (4 G Network Phone)
the same phone that I bought & works great about 6 months ago.
When I called the TracFone Activation…I received a automated voice…I was then
transferred to a real agent who refused to activate the phone. I then asked for and
was transferred to a Supervisor who also refused to activate Phone.
The Supervisor offered to send another Phone….What I received was a “Refurbished 3G”
Phone and certainly not a SAMSUNG.

I typed in my phone number as It required & it led me to know where. One of the LG models that was interested in on their site just the other day now has been removed. Anyone know the hell tracfone is doing?

  10. Richard Evans says:

I have used Tracfone with one number or another since about 2006. For the past year I’d had to use a LR Rebel 3, as it was the only phone that would work in my area. Now I get a message saying I need to upgrade, and the website says there are NO phones that will work in my area? Screw this, I’m going to Verizon…

  11. Sally Vickroy says:

We received one notification that cell phone 319-217-8438 needed to be upgraded. We have another cell phone with number 319-217-1640 and did not receive a letter on the upgrade. And if we purchase the LG flip phones from Wal-mart will we have to change the phone numbers on each phone. We do want to keep our present numbers as we have had them for a long time. Also will we get our minutes transferred to the new phonesl
