- Enter your personal information including full name, 9-digit account number, social security number and email address, sign the agreement and click the “Continue the application process” button.

- User ID must be between 6 and 12 characters in length and do not contain any special characters or symbols.
- Password must between 7 and 12 characters in length and can not be same as your UserId or social security number.
